These terms govern your use of conleygroupco.com and the High Achievers community. By using this site or joining the community, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
Simple as that.
Who We Are
High Achievers is operated by Conley Group Co., owned by Paul Conley. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean Conley Group Co. When we say "you," we mean you, the person using this site or participating in the community.
Using This Site
You need to be at least 18 years old to use this site or join the community. By using either, you confirm you meet that requirement.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information when signing up
Keep your login credentials secure
Not use the site for anything illegal or harmful
Not scrape, copy, or redistribute our content
We can update these terms at any time. We'll post the changes here. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
Membership & Billing
High Achievers runs on Skool. When you join, you're subscribing to one of three tiers:
Connected - $50/month
Mastermind - $250/month
Elite 1:1 - $2,000/month
All billing is handled through Skool's platform. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your Skool account settings.
Refunds. Because this is a digital membership with immediate access to content and community, refunds are generally not provided. If something feels off, reach out. We'll handle it like adults.
Price changes. We may adjust pricing. If we do, we'll give you notice before your next billing cycle. You can cancel if the new price doesn't work for you.
Community Rules
High Achievers is a space for entrepreneurial dads doing real work on themselves. To keep it that way:
Be respectful. Disagree without being a jerk.
No spam or self-promotion unless explicitly allowed in a designated space.
Keep it confidential. What's shared in the community stays in the community. Period.
No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination. Zero tolerance.
No illegal activity. Don't share pirated content, illegal advice, or anything that puts the community at risk.
We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates these rules. No refund if you get removed for breaking them.
Intellectual Property
All content on conleygroupco.com and within the High Achievers community, including text, videos, frameworks, worksheets, and course materials, belongs to Conley Group Co. unless otherwise stated.
You get a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own growth. That's it.
You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, or sell our content
Share your login or give others access to paid materials
Use our content to create competing products or services
Record calls, sessions, or workshops without explicit permission
If you share something publicly (like a testimonial or community post), you grant us permission to use it for marketing purposes.
Email & Communications
When you sign up for our quiz, newsletter, or community, you agree to receive emails from us. We use Mailchimp for email communications. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any email.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party platforms to run this business:
Skool for the community and membership billing
Mailchimp for email
Framer for the website
Payment processing through Skool's integrated payment system
Each of these services has their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for how they operate, but we choose partners we trust.
Disclaimers
Let's be straight about this.
High Achievers provides coaching, community, and educational content. We are not providing professional therapy, financial advice, legal counsel, or medical guidance.
The results you get depend on you. We share what's worked for us and our members. That doesn't guarantee the same results for you. Anyone who promises guaranteed outcomes is lying to you. We won't do that.
Everything on this site and in the community is provided "as is." We do our best to keep things accurate and valuable, but we make no warranties, express or implied, about the content, community, or your results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conley Group Co., Paul Conley, and any team members or contractors will not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Lost profits, data, or opportunities
Any damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) our site, community, or content
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You can leave anytime. Cancel your Skool membership and you're done.
We can terminate your access if you violate these terms, disrupt the community, or for any reason at our discretion. If we terminate your access for cause, no refund is owed.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [State], United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [State]. By using our services, you agree to this jurisdiction.
